We’ve released major updates to two of 3Scribe’s most popular integrations, with Zendesk v3 and Zapier v2 now available.

Both releases introduce updated authentication and security, alongside new features designed to make it easier to fit 3Scribe into your existing workflows.

Zendesk v3

The latest version of our Zendesk integration introduces improved security and gives teams greater control over how transcripts are added to Zendesk tickets.

You can now choose between different transcript formats, including standard paragraphs, speaker-separated transcripts, and speaker-labelled transcripts with timestamps.

Zapier v2

Our updated Zapier integration also moves to our latest authentication system and introduces additional actions for managing transcription jobs.

Alongside creating and monitoring transcription jobs, workflows can now perform additional job-management tasks, giving you more flexibility when building automated processes around 3Scribe.

Both integrations are available now.

We’ve expanded 3Scribe’s language support with the addition of Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian, bringing the total number of supported transcription languages to 24.

The three new Baltic languages are available across 3Scribe, including transcription through the web app and supported integrations, with automatic language detection also available.

We’ll continue expanding language coverage as part of our ongoing work to make 3Scribe useful for more teams, customers and conversations around the world.
